Classic Pancakes

2 eggs
1 liter of milk
25 gr. melted butter
Β΄ Mix:
750 gr. flour
50 gr. powdered sugar
vanilla
50 gr. baking powder
Method:
1. For the First Mix - in a large bowl, break the eggs and beat them. Add milk and melted butter.
2. For the Second Mix - sift the dry ingredients into another bowl.
3. Gradually add dried ingredients to first mixture, mixing well with a whisk wire until they are homogenous.
4. Let the dough rest for a while preparing ingredients and utensils for frying.
Cooking:
1. For each pancake heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
adding a little butter or olive oil, wiping it with kitchen paper all over the surface of the pan.
2. Using a ladle, pour a good amount of the mixture unto heated pan.
3. Let it cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
4. Turn pancakes upside down with the help of a spatula.
5. Follow the above steps for each new pancake.
6. Place on a plate and garnish with ingredients of your choice!
