Greek Okra Yachni

Ingredients:
500 gr. Okra
2 Potatoes
1 Dried Onion
1 Carrot
1 clove of Garlic
300 gr. grated tomato
500 gr. Water
1 tbsp. tomato paste
50 gr. White Wine
50 gr. Olive oil
Salt, Pepper, Fresh Oregano
Fresh Parsley, Fresh Dill 

Method:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the vegetables.
2. Add tomato paste and wine to the vegetables.
3. After the alcohol evaporates, add the grated tomato, the water and flavor with the spices.
4. Cover the saucepan and let it simmer for about half an hour.
