Ingredients:
500 gr. Flour 70%
500 gr. Flour Yellow M
18 gr. Salt
18 gr. Yeast
680 gr. Water

Method:
1. Place the flour, salt and yeast in the bowl of the mixer.
2. Gradually add the water.
3. After completing the process, remove the dough from the bucket and place it in a pan / bowl, leaving it to stand for about 45΄.
4. Then cut it into equal pieces of 500 gr. and shape it to the shape we want.
5. Rest for about 2 hours covering it with a towel.
6. Finally, carve with a knife and bake. Temperature and Time are determined by our oven.
