Veal Mushroom Stew

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef
1 kg Onion Stew
2 sk. Garlic
500 gr. Mushrooms
500 gr. Crushed tomato
1 tbsp. Tomato paste
Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove Laurel leaves, Allspice
Salt Pepper
100 gr. Xinochontros
Olive oil
100 gr. Red wine
1 liter of water 

Method:
1. Heat a pan with olive oil to brown our beef. Once the process is complete, remove and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, lightly sauté the onions, mushrooms and garlic and then add the spices and the pulp, mixing well.
3. Quench with red wine and continue with the crushed tomato.
4. Place the beef and water, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for at least 1 hour.
5. In the last quarter, uncover the pot and add the sour cream.
